How We Work Together

Complimentary Call. No pressure, just a genuine conversation to see if we are a good fit.

Commit to Your Journey. Choose 3 or 6 month coaching package — whichever feels right for where you are today.

Intake Form. You will fill out a simple form, so I can show up to our first session fully prepared and focused on you.

First Session. Our most in-depth session (90 minutes ) where we dive deep, set your foundation, and map your path forward.

Weekly check-ins 30 minutes every week — in person, over the phone, or on Zoom.
