I'm Marysia, a certified health coach, and I have a feeling you're here because you're tired of being told this is just part of getting older.
I've been passionate about movement and living well since my teens. But my path wasn't always straightforward. Like many women, I went through my own season of dieting, chasing other people's expectations, and searching for balance in all the wrong places. What changed everything was learning to see food as fuel, movement as something to enjoy, and my body as something to work with, not against. When I discovered strength training, everything shifted. I felt stronger, clearer, and more like myself than ever before.

Here's what I know for certain: after 40, a lot is changing. Your body, your energy, your relationship with yourself. It's the biggest transition of our lives and we don't talk about it nearly enough. I'm living it right now. And that's exactly why I work with women in perimenopause. Not with generic advice, but with real guidance, rooted in science and real life, that fits who you are today.

When I'm not coaching, I'm a busy mom who loves jazz dance, travels whenever possible, love long walks and curls up with a good book. I also speak publicly, because if I can inspire even one woman to believe her best years are still ahead, that's everything.
